Our very first Wine Tasting & Pairing was a complete success, and we couldn’t have done it without Tom Colla’s incredible expertise, Theo’s amazing hosting, and all of you who came out to sip, learn, and enjoy the experience with us.

Join us this Monday, June 15th for an unforgettable evening of exceptional wine and thoughtfully curated food pairings hosted by Theo Bontas. 🍷

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring five distinctive wines presented by Saintsbury Winemaker Tim Colla. Throughout the evening, Tim will share his expertise and insights into each selection, educating guests on the unique characteristics, craftsmanship, and stories behind every pour as each wine is expertly paired with dishes included as part of this special event.
