So... hello again. A 2 year absence is a while! If you were a follower of I'm here to announce we have FINALLY made a decision of "Whats Next" for us. Introducing Sweet Blackberry Farm! After almost 15 years of owning restaurants, I am ready to go back to my first love, FLOWERS! Some of you know I was a wedding florist for 10 years before entering the restaurant business, and well life and God have thrown a ton of curve balls the last year we have been restaurant-free. The biggest curve ball of all is having the opportunity land in our lap of purchasing 40 acres. I still can't believe it! ONLY GOD!!!! ONLY GOD!!!! It can't be explained any other way. An unbelievable domino of events took place for this to happen and we closed on our farm in July. AND we are moving to Powell! We have already started making progress on our farm to get it ready for a 2025 summer opening, and hopefully will be building our house and moving in 2025 as well.

Sweet Blackberry Farm will consist of a cut flower farm with YOU PICK events (some of these events will include food!), pre-made arrangements, Olde English Babydoll Sheep, and a pumpkin patch in the fall.

We are so excited to have this new opportunity. Now I'm not saying we won't have some cinnamon rolls floating around and some flavored tea and cakes and cookies in the mix!!!! But our focus will be transitioning to flowers and raising our 6 kids! Ron and I are ecstatic to make this a reality and be up and running by next summer! Please join us and follow in our journey. Hey all!
Today is the last day for our Norris Sweet Cafe to be open. We will close at 2pm unless we are too busy. If the light is on we are open.

Hey All.

We are very saddened to make the announcement that we will be closing our store this Saturday... We have loved being a big part of the Norris Community!! But after the passing of my Dad, my mom (Dee) and I need some rest and a little break.
I PROMISE WE ARE NOT GONE FOREVER. We have been in the Norris/Clinton area for 13 years and will definitely open again after we have a few months break.
Our TVA store in Knoxville will REMAIN OPEN and we can do catering, party trays, and cakes from that store and meet you in norris or deliver!!!
We would like to take some time to explore what we want our next location to look like, and have time to create some new and exciting menu items and pastries.
We will still be around, maybe sell some slices at the farmers market... we will be leaving our social media pages open so you can still contact us about catering and custom orders!!!

Last but not least, THANK YOU NORRIS!!!
We have been blessed with some wonderful years thanks to you all!
