Roving Pizzaioli Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Roving Pizzaioli is a mobile wood fired pizza oven coming to the Seattle area in June 2011.

You'll find us at local farmer's markets, community events and fund-raisers. Our pizzaioli can make all kinds of pizza but we typically sell NY style by the slice.
