Led by husband-wife duo, Scott and Sachia, Peyrassol West offers an eclectic wine collection alongside a menu of Western European inspired small plates. The libations menu also includes beers on tap, artisanal ciders, and top-shelf liquor options. An extensive selection of retail wines and pantry items are also offered.

Clams! Clams! CLAMS!!! We’re excited to bring back one of our favorite dishes to the Peyrassol West menu! Fresh local Manilla clams are steamed in a bath of white wine & butter, chorizo sausage, piquillo pepper & shallots w/ plenty of baguette slices to soak up the deliciousness that results in the bowl! Pair w/ a frosty pint of beer on tap or a chilled glass of rosé… this weather screams for this dish! Buen provecho! 🍻

This week's Fish du Jour? Our King Salmon fillet gets the royal treatment! Slow roasted for the ultimate tender and moist results, we've topped the salmon w/ a velvety saffron, dijon sauce and kept the plate fresh w/ sautéed spring asparagus served over a bed of lightly dressed blond frisée & arugula. Makes for a delicious (and secretly healthy) dinner entrée! Scott's pairing suggestion is a fun rare find on wine lists! Hiruzta Txakoli Rose '24 from Spain. Pink gooseberry in color, with intense red fruit aromas and citric depth it's the perfect match! Saluté! 🥂

At Peyrassol West it's all about the ingredients!!! For our Pappardelle al Ragú d'Anatra (pappardelle w/ braised duck ragú ), we start w/ a gorgeous soffritto base of sautéed onion, carrot, shallot & thyme. We add white wine & homemade stock then slow braise seared duck hindquarters for hours until tender. Rolling out our fresh pasta in the meantime and voila! Make your reservations & dive into a bowl for dinner tonight! 🍷

Reminiscing about her time in Bretagne (Brittany), filled with crêperies around every corner, Chef Sachia wanted to recreate one of her fondest food memories from her travels to France…and so she did! New on the menu our Crêpe Parisienne. A light, airy crêpe layered w/ imported ham, sautéed spinach, cremini mushrooms & gruyere cheese baked under a creamy velouté sauce. Pair w/ a chilled glass of rosé & you’ll think you’re back in France instead of Normandy Park! À votre santé! 🇫🇷 🥂
