Clams! Clams! CLAMS!!! We’re excited to bring back one of our favorite dishes to the Peyrassol West menu! Fresh local Manilla clams are steamed in a bath of white wine & butter, chorizo sausage, piquillo pepper & shallots w/ plenty of baguette slices to soak up the deliciousness that results in the bowl! Pair w/ a frosty pint of beer on tap or a chilled glass of rosé… this weather screams for this dish! Buen provecho! 🍻
