Since opening Norman's first gelateria in 2007, our artisanal, fresh, handmade Italian ice cream has brought smiles to hundreds of thousands of faces. Our local, family-owned gelaterie have been handcrafting gelato for our customers as they have come to celebrate special occasions, have gelato catered for their wedding, enjoy date nights, study in a relaxing atmosphere, and simply stop to savor a

little "taste" of each day. Keeping with Italian tradition, the gelati is handmade from scratch on location using the finest ingredients from around the world, including natural cocoa, Sicilian pistachios, Piemontese hazelnuts, vanilla beans from Madagascar, real fruit, and hormone-free cow's milk. We have carefully created recipes that are healthy and nutritious making our gelati 1/2 the calories and 1/3 the fat of American ice cream, while the sorbetti is even less calories and is completely fat-free. Each gelateria offers 24 flavors daily and also serves "Italy's favorite" coffee and espresso—Lavazza.
