Last night was a special one.

Chef Theron had the chance to work alongside Oklahoma ProStart students at the sold-out Odyssey de Culinaire. Watching these young cooks learn, create, and serve a room of 300 guests was pretty incredible.

Proud of the students, proud of the work, and grateful to be part of it.

Our next w**e dinner is taking shape.

This October, we’ll gather for a six-course evening inspired by the foodways, ingredients, and seasonal stories of Oklahoma’s Tribal Nations—interpreted through the Juliette kitchen and paired with exceptional w**e.

We’re still deep in the research, and we’re excited to share the menu and reservation details soon.

Start early with $2 oysters during Golden Hour from 4–6 PM, then settle in for Tuesday Date Night: a shared starter, 14 oz prime NY strip with mash and charred broccolini, and a shared dessert for $99.

Add two glasses of Pinot Noir or sparkling w**e for $20.

Tag your date, make your reservation, and let us handle dinner.

✨ Meet Emme Hart! ✨

You’ve probably seen Emme zipping around the restaurant delivering food to your table! She’s been part of the Juliette family since day one and is truly something special. ❤️

Emme is a staple in our expo, helping keep service running smoothly and making sure every dish gets where it needs to go. She’s also a senior at Norman North High School, and we couldn’t be more proud of her and all she’s accomplished!

When she’s not at Juliette, you’ll find her playing with her three corgis—Pippa, Neville & Bruce—or hanging out with her family and boyfriend, Kolt. 🐾💕

We’ve loved watching Emme grow, and we’re so proud to call her one of ours! 🥰
