Hi there! sweet Brenda’s Soul Kitchen is coming back on the air. We will be doing a live show (Day and time TBA) and editing for a blog, you tube, tik tok format. I’ll be joined by Meadow, my daughter, and we will be cooking a recipe from my family’s cookbook for each show. It all starts next week. I do hope you’ll join us!

Small smoked ham
3 cups brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
Crockpot

Garlic butter potato rounds
3-4 russet potatoes
Garlic clove
Rosemary
GSP
Butter
Vegetable oil

Green bean casserole
Bag of frozen green beans or fresh green beans
French fried onions
Can of cream of mushroom soup or homemade cream of mushroom soup.
