Hey everyone, here is the updated menu. Keep in mind these prices only reflect cooking price. There will still be the added charge of the actual meat. However if you want to provide the meat this is all you pay!

Cooking up a little pork loin and smoked sausage tonight! I will be updating the menu and pricing this weekend. I’ve decided to move away from the hourly model and go to a set price. Everything will have a certain amount that I charge to cook for. The price of meat will be added on if it is supplied. I feel like this simplifies everything for the customer and will allow me to charge based off of difficulty, or lack there of, rather than just an overall time.

A couple more dishes to show you. On the left you have some beef ribs! The right is my smoked Mac N Cheese! The Mac N Cheese is made with a beer cheese sauce that’s used to boil bratwurst in. A full pan this size could easily feed a large group. A large pan goes for 15 while a smaller pan would go for 12!

Did a personal cook today of some meatballs! Bacon wrapped, sausage and ground beef mixed with my own personal blend of spices. It’s a delicious treat great as an appetizer or snack for game day parties!

Hello everyone and welcome to my page! I am trying to start up a bit of a side gig here with this for now in hopes of it becoming much bigger. Char Brothers BBQ is a bit of a pet project I’ve been wanting to start for a while. I’ve got a real passion for Barbecue and smoking food and as I’m sure many would attest to I’d like to think I’m pretty good at it! I’ll be updating the page throughout the day getting it looking a little more appealing so bear with me for a bit I know it’s pretty baron at the moment.
In the meantime feel free to message me any questions you may have. I’m only doing catering or special orders for the time being as I don’t actually have any kind of store front. It’s just me and 2 smokers ready to cook for you!
