Hi, I'm Liz! The woman behind your meals 💚

I moved to Norman back in 2012 and never looked back. I spent years working in catering here in Norman, fell in love with feeding people, and eventually decided to take that passion and turn it into something more personal.

That's how Better Bites was born.

I know what it's like to be busy. Like, really busy. And I know that when life is full, eating well is usually the first thing to go. Better Bites is my answer to that - fresh, balanced, delicious meals made with the same love and attention I put into every catering job, just on a scale that actually fits your life.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll find me kayaking, traveling, volunteering in the community, spending time with friends, or planning my next outdoor adventure.
