✨ A New Chapter for The Mystique Emporium ✨
When I first opened The Mystique Emporium, I never truly meant to open a store… it simply unfolded before me, much like many beautiful and unexpected things in life. Along with the store came the logo I chose at the time — something that carried us through the beginning of this journey.
Many of you recognize the image we currently use — the woman kissing the crescent moon. It is actually a beautiful vintage 1920s sheet music illustration known as *Dear Old Dixie Moon*, published by the Sam Fox Publishing Company. I have always loved its romantic, dreamlike energy and the feeling it brought into the Emporium.
But as the Emporium has grown, so have I.
Truthfully, I never imagined this little place would take off the way it has. I never expected it to become something so loved, so alive, or so deeply rooted in our community. Even now, I find myself processing that reality every single day. I am deeply honored to stand where I do and grateful for every person who has walked through these doors and helped shape this strange and beautiful dream.
Yet with growth comes reflection.
As much as I cherish our current image, I understand that it was born from another artist's creation and another era's story. While it inspired the beginning of The Mystique Emporium, it was never truly *ours*. And now that the Emporium has stepped into a more serious role — and with the possibility of future locations and continued growth — I feel it is time for us to carry a symbol that belongs wholly to this journey.
This is not about leaving the old behind or dismissing the beauty of the original art. Quite the opposite. It is about respecting the work that inspired us while making space for our own identity to emerge.
So I am opening the door and extending an invitation.
🎨 I am seeking an artist or creative soul willing to take on the challenge of designing a new official Mystique Emporium logo.
✨ This is a paid opportunity, and everything will be handled properly and legally.
I already have ideas and inspiration I would love to build from, and one thing close to my heart is including a small Easter egg or subtle whisper of the original moon logo hidden within the new design — a tribute to where this journey began.

Fun fact, the logo is actually a tattoo idea that I have had for years and it just seemed to be the most appealing at the moment in which I opened the store LOL.
