We made it in the Norman Magazine! I want to tell all of our new followers and customers a little bit about myself and our restaurant!
We are not a fancy restaurant we are an authentic homemade Mexican restaurant all made by myself I get my cooks set up with what will be served throughout the day. We serve all of our dishes on paper plates or to go Style boxes because we love to cater to our large college crowds at night and its easier for all of us to prevent broken items and tons of dishes 🤣😅
We are family owned and operated we love special requests please don't be afraid to ask we will accommodate your needs and diets if needed! We absolutely do not mind and its honestly my favorite thing about us we are welcomed to tweaking anything to your liking as long as we have it! Im a mom of 4 and I absolutely love seeing kiddos come in and enjoy as well and thats why we offer so many types of kids meals. They come with apple sauce a side and juice box!
I started selling food from home in 2020 and still have MULTIPLE of my day one customers come into the store and always greeted with a huge hug. Im a very nurturing person with that being said with us being around all the late night clubs ladies please know we are a SAFE PLACE we are here steps aways with an opened door. We do get offended when asked if this is TEX MEX nooooooo waaaaayyyyyyy Jose!!!!! I myself prepare everything fresh every single morning. I also would like everyone to know we do not throw away or waste food we give and hand out that food to those in need. On our crazy nights we have been known to sale out of Birria and we cannot hurry and make some up we cook it low and slow for 8-10 hours. We are not a chain restaurant with tons of employees its myself and my small AWESOME crew. Now lets talk TAMALES, when I post by the dozen they do go quickly please if you want to pre order Tamales we can make you any flavor you desire we have a 1 day turn around on tamales and all special orders need to be paid up front. $24 a special order and will be ready the following business day. If you have any questions or ever want us to cater a party for you please do not hesitate to ask or forget about us!
