Full Job Description
A family owned company for over 50 years is looking to fill a position providing service to local and regional businesses.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Running scheduled delivery routes where product will be delivered into basements
Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others
Delivering products in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain product freshness through proper rotation
Preform maintenance and repairs on company owned equipment
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and 1-2 years related delivery experience
Provide polite customer service
Must be punctual and detail oriented
Must pass physical
Pre-employment drug test
Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years
Ability to lift 60 pounds and maneuver a 2-wheeler weighing up to 150 lbs
Must be an independent worker
Drivers must stay in constant contact and communication with dispatch either through handheld devices or by cell phone
Extensive knowledge of the local and surrounding areas
Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries
Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service

COMPENSATION: Earn more as you grow!
Class D License ($90-$110)
CDL-C ($100-$120/day)
CDL-C w/Hazmat ($110-$130/day)
CDL-B ($110-$130/day)
CDL-B w/Hazmat ($120-$150/day)
Service and mechanical aptitude add ($20/day)
Weekend premium add ($20/day)
After hours and weekend service every 4th week (add a company vehicle for business and personal use, 24/7)
