We teamed up with Illinois State University to create Redbird Ripple for Redbird Philanthropy Week—a sweet cream base with house-made strawberry swirl and brownie chunks.

From scholarships and student organizations to research, career development and experiences beyond the classroom, giving at ISU creates a ripple that reaches far beyond one gift.

Redbird Philanthropy Week is September 13–20, and you can grab a scoop of Redbird Ripple at Theo’s while we celebrate the Redbird Ripple Effect together.

We’re calling it now: summer isn’t over until the S’mores are gone. S’mores ice cream is officially scooping, so consider this your sign to get one more campfire-worthy treat before we fully give in to fall. Enjoy a toasted marshmallow base with chocolate sandwich cookies and graham cracker chunks while it lasts!

Theo’s took Rader Family Farms’ famous pumpkin donuts and did what they do best… turned them into ice cream.

Brown sugar cinnamon ice cream + chunks of Rader’s pumpkin donuts + a caramel swirl.
