Golden fried Rangoon stuffed with tender braised oxtail, sautéed spinach, whipped cream cheese, fresh chives, and roasted garlic. Served crispy with a sweet chili soy Escovitch

Crispy Fried Quail with Pearl Onion Demi & Duck Fat Hasselback Potatoes

Description:
Buttermilk-brined quail, fried until golden brown, topped with rich pearl onion demi-glace and crispy wild mushrooms. Served with duck fat–basted Hasselback Yukon potatoes, braised collard greens, and shards of crispy duck bacon.
