Thank you, as always, to Patrick Evans-Hylton for asking me to be part of his radio show Virginia Eats and Drinks where I shared a menu of Julia inspired classics- Sweet Corn and Tarragon Quiche, Endive Salad with French Vinaigrette, and the French Apple Tart, shown here.
