We are thrilled to officially welcome Missy Christianson to our brand family as our Director of Business Development, supporting Chef by Design, The Neon House, and Beaumont 759.

We’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Missy for years, and over that time, we’ve come to know her talent, her relationships, her passion for hospitality, and the way she approaches business. Missy has been a familiar face in the Coastal Virginia event industry and beyond since 1999, and her history with our teams goes way back.

Together, we’ve created countless events and made amazing memories for our clients, colleagues, and community.

If you know Missy, you know that relationships have always been at the heart of her work. She has a genuine ability to connect people, build trust, and create exceptional experiences —all of which align perfectly with our mission at Chef by Design and across our brands. When the opportunity came for Missy to join our team, it simply felt right.
