It’s already Sunday tomorrow-
We are going to whip up some chili. Have it with a grilled cheese, on top of tater tots, or just deluxed by itself. So tasty!
Also a little bit of rhubarb pie and strawberry rhubarb pie left from today and I will also make chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Yum!

Pie again!
I got some fresh rhubarb from my mom so I made up one rhubarb and one strawberry rhubarb pie today.
Taste test approved ✔️
Still one hour we are open today-perfect afternoon snack! Or come out tomorrow 12pm-4pm.

Well, today may be a TAD too windy….but we’ve got some fun kites out at Hygge Hills to purchase! Now we will just wait for a nice breezy day and you can fly them out here if you’d like. So many fun styles, shapes, colors, even some color your own! 🌬️🪁
Open Fridays until 8pm now!
Come out for lasagna or tacos (and regular lunch menu) tonight!

Today Anja talked me into a trip to Minot. I got a pedicure and she got a manicure. And of course dinner and shopping. Not a bad way to spend the day off! Now when I get home I have a fun box of goodies to unpack that was delivered today. Can’t wait to show you all what it is!

Starting this Friday (and planning to continue through the summer) we will be open for supper at Hygge Hills!
Sundays: 12pm-4pm
Mondays through Wednesdays: 8am-4pm
Thursdays closed
Fridays 8am-8pm (grill will shut off at 8pm but will be open later if people are still eating/crafting)
Saturdays 8am-4pm
If you haven’t been out in a while, it’s time to stop in and see the changes we’ve made!
Going to kick this Friday off with Lasagna supper special, build a taco plate, and regular lunch menu. No breakfast Friday nights.
