I just want to give a quick shout out & props to our wonderful staff here at JJ Nolensville. It’s tough to have a business in this town & customer service is everything. We are in a unique location that is still under construction & we meet people daily that still don’t know we are here in Nolensville. So our staff goes the extra mile to make sure every guests experience is a memorable one & one they will want to repeat.

It took some time to get there, but customer feedback has been great & going that extra mile is what counts and means everything for the customer experience. The person responsible for that extra mile & training our wonderful staff in this manner is our Operations Partner Zachary Herron. He is the heartbeat of this store & his family has been in Nolensville WAY before it became the “IT” town to live in. He takes pride in this town, our staff & community and we love that about him and we are extremely grateful.

We may be a nationally recognized brand, but this store is Nolensville through & through. If you haven’t visited us yet, please stop by & say hi to Zach and our wonderful staff & try some delicious & always fresh Jimmy John’s. We are grateful for your support & look forward to meeting & getting to know more & more of you.

Blair & Robin Gilley

Attached is a pic of feedback that customers send to corporate based on their experience.
It’s the little things that make a big difference.
