Spring Has Sprung!

And Dennis's journey of finding coffees brought to us by different processing methods, creating some of the world's most unique coffee beans has continued. This season, it is a process called Anaerobic Fermentation. 

This Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe showcases the elegance of anaerobic processing in a natural format. Expect notes of milk chocolate, baked apple, caramel, stone fruit, and strawberry, a balance of sweetness and fruit that feels both vibrant and refined.

Winter Roast is here, and it’s anything but ordinary!

This Colombian coffee from El Edén Farm in Huila, produced by Rodrigo Sánchez, features a Purple Caturra/Bourbon variety and a meticulously crafted tamarind co-fermented washed process.

In the cup, expect candy-like sweetness, smooth caramel, vibrant raspberry, and deep dark fruit, all wrapped in a clean, polished finish. The result is expressive, sweet, and beautifully balanced—comforting enough for winter, vibrant enough to keep things interesting.

Our spring roast has sprung! 🌸 And we call it “Strawberry Feels”! This bean is actually a co-fermented coffee that is processed with strawberries, making this cup have taste notes of strawberry!
