Come behind the scenes with us! A little look at our setup in the trailer. When we first started coming up with a blueprint for a trailer, it was important for us to think through how it would work once workers were inside. We knew it would be limited space, so we had to designate specific areas for each role. Reagan was on the register at the window, Aaron is usually always on the espresso machine pulling espresso shots and frothing milk, Cat was on milk and syrup bar for lattes, and Jordan was on dirty soda bar and dishes. That way we aren’t constantly running into or trying to squeeze past each other! A lot of thought process went into all of this prior to Aaron ever even starting to redo the trailer, but after this event, I think we can say it paid off!!
