Pop your eyes back in, and scurry over to Nobleboro, before we sell out on this stunning autumn day! 🍂

Today’s special Mortadella sandwich.. just look at it. I mean Im a little biased I did make the mozzarella and roll, but I also think Carrie did something special with this one the pickled onions.. spicy mayo!

Also pictured is a delicious polenta bake and the pot pie work flow, yeah each one is rolled out, loaded with Karen’s filling, freshly made every week.

I think you know why people are showing up so early around here, but if you don’t, it’s these danish, and the coffee but mostly a warm danish.. I mean they are a bit of unique style and flavor it’s like a danish and a cinnamon roll and they disappear quick so if there is a flavor you’d like to try, you better set the alarm clock ⏰

Also, Apple Butter Danish. Is it a thing? Who’s on board? I’ll have a few Lemon, raspberry, and cranberry, if they are not a hit, but I don’t see how they couldn’t be. Apples, cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar?

Dont let a few pumpkins and a crowd scare you off 👻

Carrie put together a vegetarian polenta with roasted veggies like squash red peppers kale… MMmmmmmm mm delicious nutritious and ready to take home and nuke for an easy dinner.

I’ve made a classic pineapple upside down cake, fennel pecan and dark chocolate biscotti and dark chocolate s’mores

The cooler and freezers are full and ready to make your life a little easier.

This could easily be the best one Carrie has made so far, but it’s honestly hard to say. They are however ready to grab and go now. That means less time wasted on your short lunch break.

(10/1) - The roast beef - house roasted beef, Frenchs onion mayo, arugula, roasted pepper and pickled onion relish, fresh tomato and Brie cheese.

I’ll let you know when it’s sold out!

These rolls just keep getting better and so does what we are putting in them….

Today (9/30) …would be the day to call out from work, it’s going to be nice out and we are finally bringing back the chopped cheese but we’ve added some upgrades - house ground beef, onions, American cheese, tomato, Bacon , pickles jammed into our gorgeous rolls.

We shouldn’t have done this… it’s far too delicious to unleash.

Just like the namesake this Luao is a dazzling dance for the senses, this sandwich starts with kielbasa, melted provolone, peppers, onions, marinated pineapple and cherry peppers and comes with a side of cilantro lime coconut milk dressing to go running down your arm and all over upholstery.

Salad is ready 6am at the moose, I know it’s what I would grab for lunch. Buffalo chicken, Mediterranean style, chef salad. Thoughtfully put together by Carrie.
