No this is not AI, the Moose gave in. We FINALLY have a cold brew iced coffee program, I may have borrowed a few key components from my brother’s iced shack business and got the Wicked French coffee beans. I think it’s pretty good, and after many tastings I find myself wired like a ball of Christmas lights.

… maybe I’ll make a few extra pies… see you in the AM!

(6/16) - Roast beef special today, if you haven’t tried it we roast the Curtis meats top round to perfection with roasary and salt, then slice it thin and smother it in herbed crème fraiche horseradish sauce, tomatoes, lettuce and crispy French’s onions.

Carrie made some chicken salad sandwiches on dad’s bread.

And of course we always have our chopped Italians - every day we slice mortadella, soppressata, Genoa salami, prosciutto, aged provolone, pepperoni, tomatoes, lettuce, dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, and salt and pepper. Chopped up on a savory moose hoagie roll. The perfect backpack sandwich for a hike, fishing trip, or just headed back from the transfer station.

It’s also bread day and two mini strawberry rhubarbs left (9:30am)

(6/10) - Burrito bowls either chicken or vegetarian- roasted sweet potatoes, cilantro rice, seasoned black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream

We always have chopped Italian hoagies and carries been also making chicken salad on our honey corn bread, so delicious.

Pizza special is jalapeño cheddar wurst, with sweet onions, provolone, mozzarella, whipped mascarpone.

Still some strawberry rhubarb sponge cake cups left, and a mini strawberry rhubarb pie.

We are fully loaded in the fridge and freezer thanks to Karen’s hard work this weekend. We have, chicken gnocchi, lasagna big and small, meatloaf, shepherds pie, stuffed cabbage, marry me tortellini, broccoli cheddar soup, chicken piccata meatballs, broccoli salad, pasta salad, deviled eggs, meatballs marinara, enchiladas.

Mondays (6/1) sandwich special is Carries fully loaded BLT - bacon, avocado, cheddar, lettuce, tomato on a seeded savory moose hoagie roll.
