Many thanks to Kevin West Travel + Leisure for visiting our little corner of the coast, and for seeing us so clearly.

This region has been a meeting place for flavors from all over the world for centuries, and we’ve always cooked with that history in mind.

At Haring’s, that means steamers sitting next to a crispy lobster spring roll and corn done elote-style. At Port of Call, it’s scallop mofongo and cocktails that travel from Colombia to Thailand in one glass.
