With full hearts, we want to share that Fresh Poke will be closing.

This community has meant more to us than we can ever fully put into words. From every regular who came in week after week, to every new customer who gave us a chance, to every kind word, review, smile, and recommendation — thank you. We have absolutely loved serving you.

Fresh Poke was never just about poke bowls. It was about the people. The conversations. The support. The familiar faces. The encouragement during hard seasons. You all made this place feel special, and we will always be grateful for that.

While I will not be opening another restaurant, this is not goodbye to the food completely. Stay tuned — some of my food will be available again later this summer in a different way.

Thank you for loving Fresh Poke, supporting local, and being part of this chapter with us. We appreciate you more than you know.
