We have a lot of new followers so we wanted to take a minute and go over how our take out nights work!

Our business model is solely focused on catering and the food truck we added in 2025! We do have a brick-and-mortar location that we use as our commercial kitchen, located a stone's throw from Kinderhook Lake! While we do not open our doors to the public as a restaurant, in our slower seasons, we hold pre-order events we call take out nights!

⏱️ Dates are announced on social media and email about 10 days prior to the next take out night (if you want to be added to our email list, shoot us a message!)
💻 Visit the online ordering option on our website and check out all of your delicious options - we always offer "meals for two" that come with the works, or you can order off of our A la Carte menu!
📅 Schedule your pick up while placing your order! We offer pick up times in 15 minute intervals
🚗 We have your order bagged and ready to go at your scheduled pick up time. It's that easy!

If you've wanted to give us a try, now's your chance! Our first take out night of the season is Tuesday, October 13th! Ordering will close out at the end of the day on the 11th, so don't delay! Website link will be in the comments!
