Here are some important upcoming dates for HomeBakes!!!

We will be closed for vacation from 9/28 to 10/9! We have been planning this for a whole year and looking forward to this much needed break. Going to baker street in Tokyo, Japan has always been on my bucket list. It's an entire street/district full of stores for bakers of all kinds; from tools, pans, equipment to ingredients. I will be sharing some pictures with you guys along the way, so stay tune!!

We will be back before the holiday rush, a Thanksgiving and Christmas pre-order event will be scheduled on my online ordering site. More details to come later!

Remember to stock your freezers with my baked goods on 9/26 at Niskayuna Farmers Market. Just in case you guys going to miss me too much and go hungry 🤣😆 See you all this Saturday!!!

There will be a discount sale for Japanese milk bread at Shaker Heritage Fall Harvest Craft Fair this weekend. Crust colour came out darker than I would like but inside is perfect like it should be: soft, fluffy, stringy crumb and just simply fantastic. Pre-orders will be refunded with the difference upon pick up.
