I live for clean eating to fight my disease. This is Paleo Tangerine Chicken, cooked in unrefined coconut oil, breaded with almond flour and arrowroot. It’s been a fast couple weeks, barely had time to breathe! Private Chef orders, baseball opening days, awards, soccer tournament, more preps, my birthday and adventure, then more preps and top it off with lobster for dinner! Clean eating is how I eat. I really don’t know any different now. Being diagnosed with a disease, is a lifetime commitment. But… it didn’t need to be boring. Real ingredients= real food your body knows how to use! Always available for the most impossible dietary needs. Love those private chef orders, I can make a difference in quality of life for others!

Peaking into my life. Everyday, it’s a marathon. Kids, sharing little tid bits of what I do everyday, my MS, and oh.. maybe take care of myself in there too. So I do make the cake and eat it too 😜
