Wow! Thank you to the town of 96 and for each and every one of our customers! We had a medical emergency with one of our workers and so my 11 year old daughter stepped in and ran the register like a champ! I appreciate everyones patience and understanding as we had a few hiccups! I was not able to select two winners for free plates, however, the next event that I do, I will give away 4 free cheeseburger plates!

Wow! What a weekend. First of all, i would like to thank each and every one if you for coming out and supporting Sirrine Street Smokehouse! I have always loved cooking and dreamed of being able to have a food truck/trailer and serving people. The food trailer used this weekend is a start! I apologize for the ones that had an extensive wait for items. We do not have the commercial equipment of bigger vendors and We had the equipment that we have going wide open, we also make burgers fresh to order and strive to ensure the fries are fresh as well. We learn each and every festival we so and can guarantee Next year we will definitely be back and better than ever!
