This absolutely made my day. Truly. 🧡

My inbox has been flooded the last few weeks with the kindest messages, encouragement, and people going out of their way to tell me they’re proud of me and proud of what we’re doing here. I don’t have words for how much that has meant to me. It’s been huge, literal fuel for my spirit.

There is something so weirdly thrilling about getting your shelf selfies and little “I found you!” updates from Yoke’s. Seeing our meals out there, tucked into carts and headed home for dinner, still feels like the coolest, weirdest thing. I'm not sure it will ever feel real to me. Seeing them on those shelves is cool and all but seeing you all excited to hunt them down and bring them home is even better! I love getting these messages!

Lasagna
Layers of pasta, our secret meat sauce, creamy pesto ricotta, and mozzarella baked until bubbly and golden.

Chicken Enchiladas
Soft tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese, topped with a green chili verde enchilada sauce, baked until hot and bubbly.

Chicken Griller Kit (GF)
A gluten free grilling kit with seasoned chicken and easy sides for a simple dinner. Includes the skewers!

Veggie Griller Kit (GF)
A gluten free grilling kit with fresh vegetables and fixings for an easy meal off the grill. Includes the skewers!

Meatball Sub Kit
Everything needed for meatball subs at home: meatballs, marinara, cheese, and rolls.

One pan Sundried Tomato Pasta Bake
A baked pasta with sundried tomatoes, cheese, and a creamy sauce.

Honey Bourbon Chicken (GF)

Some days everything goes smoothly, exactly as you plan.

Some days the simplest tasks take an extra 11 separate steps to complete and you spend the afternoon wondering how and where it all went askew.

Yesterday? It was definitely an 11 step day!

But after all the extra hoops and hassle I’ve got great news…..
