💙🍀 THEY CAME FOR DINNER… AND STAYED FOR THE GOOD TIMES! 🍀💙

Sometimes the best nights start with a simple Google search! 🔎🍻

Last night, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming four wonderful couples visiting our little corner of Michigan! Our new friends traveled from West Virginia, New Mexico, and the Texas area, and while staying near Indian Lake, they stumbled upon Barron Lakeside Bar & Grill while looking for a place to grab dinner.

Well… they found dinner, all right. But apparently, we weren’t quite ready to let them leave! 😂

What started as a quick dinner turned into an evening of live music, dancing, great conversations, and a whole lot of laughter! 🎶💃

They couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the food, our bartender, the service, and the hospitality they experienced. And hearing those compliments? That’s the kind of stuff that makes all the hard work worth it. 💙

To our new friends, including the couple who own Hole Out Tavern back in West Virginia, THANK YOU! We are so grateful you chose to spend your evening with us.

You may have found us on Google, but we’d like to think you left feeling like family.

We hope your next trip to cheer on the Fighting Irish brings you right back to Barron Lakeside!

🌊 MEET THE BARRON LAKESIDE CREW! 🌊
⭐ Team Spotlight: Josh – Head Cook ⭐

We’re taking you behind the scenes for this one, because it’s time to meet one of the guys responsible for keeping your bellies full and our kitchen rocking — JOSH! 👨‍🍳🔥

Josh is our Head Cook, bringing over 20 YEARS of cooking experience from kitchens throughout the Niles and South Bend communities. And if there’s one thing you should know about Josh, it’s that cooking isn’t just his job — it’s his passion.

You know that guy in the kitchen with the music going, moving a mile a minute, looking like he’s conducting some kind of delicious chaos? Yeah, that’s Josh. 😂🎶

Don’t worry, he’s not losing his mind back there. He’s just in his groove, doing what he loves and making sure you’re getting some damn good food!

Outside of the kitchen, Josh is a family man who’s been with the love of his life for 6 years and is a proud dad to 3 beautiful girls. 💙

When he’s not whipping up something delicious, you’ll probably find him:

🥏 Playing disc golf
🎣 Fishing or hunting when he gets the chance
🔥 Enjoying a good cookout (because apparently cooking at work isn’t enough 😂)
🌲 Taking walks through the woods and enjoying the outdoors

Now, let’s get to the REALLY important questions…

All jokes aside, Josh brings years of experience, creativity, and a genuine love for cooking to Barron Lakeside. Working in a busy kitchen isn’t always easy, and we appreciate the passion and hard work he puts into every shift.

He’s a big part of what makes our kitchen tick, and we’re lucky to have him leading the charge! 💙
