What most people don’t see when they look at a finished cake is what goes on underneath all the icing!

​To me, a cake needs to look just as stunning when you cut into it as it does sitting on display. That’s why I take extra care building and layering each one. Every single layer is trimmed to the exact same height, no uneven bumps, no lopsided leaning, just clean, perfectly balanced layers from top to bottom.

​Because when you finally slice into your cake, I want you to take a second and just appreciate how beautiful those layers look on your plate... slice perfection is a real thing!

Delivered this little beauty this morning! 🎂

​It’s a pistachio cake packed with almond buttercream, chopped pistachios, and pistachio sauce between the layers. Finished it off with smooth, shiny dark red buttercream, so sleek you can actually see the reflection of the gold "Happy Birthday" topper!

Placed some pearl drapes and soft white sugar paste carnations to tie it all together.

📅 A non-refundable 50% retainer locks in your spot on our calendar.

4️⃣ Final Payment & Invoice
