Cosmic brownies were the best part of the lunchbox, so I turned them into cookies.

The cookies are baked and cooled.

Now each one gets a layer of chocolate ganache and a good sprinkle of rainbow chips while itā€™s still soft enough for them to stick.

Thereā€™s something about rainbow chips that makes everyone smile, grown ups included.

I love little bakes like this alongside the cakes here in Nikiski.
Now available at the treehouse come grab one or 2 before they are gone !!

Send this to the friend who always had cosmic brownies in their lunchbox.
