Our promise to our customers and our Craft is Simple, we will only use the highest quality ingredients available. Our dough is made with 00 flour, Water, yeast & salt. The sauce is make with San Marzano tomatoes, salt and fresh Basil. That's it. Simplicity at its finest. We are also going to offer a more traditional NY style Pie that you can add your favorite fresh toppings. I will try to have 1 S

PECALITY Pizza to offer that will be completely experimental. I'm working on a few Ideas like BBQ Chicken & red onion with bacon & Steak and caramelized onion & blue cheese.

Hello All, I hope your doing well.
I just wanted to say that it looks like I'm a few years away from opening.
It's my decision to do it this way because there are a lots of pieces to this puzzle. I have to find or build a trailer and invest in a truck that can tow it, oh and I have a job that takes up all my time.
Were still in the Testing stage and I will be hosting some Pizza Party's at my home to see what you think about the product.
2022 dates to come soon.

Needed to let it get hotter but I was hungry..
Overall pretty happy with it.
This was just a test fire so I used can sauce leftover frozen cheese and a dough I'm testing out from a supplier.
I didn't care about making a great pie,.I just wanted to see how this little oven heats up and how it was going to be to turn the pie in a small space.
Very pleased..

It came with a grill tray so I can't wait to do a small batch of veggies or some Meat..

If your thinking about getting a wood fired pizza oven I highly recommend the a Forno Bravo.

To me this is the Best Pie in town,
Consol's Family Kitchen Endicott, NY.

What I like about it is it's Simplicity.
Not to much or little of anything.
Quality ingredients.
The crust had a crispy outer crunch and a soft chewy center with a great pull to it, reminds of a roll for a cheese steak from philly.
Love the way they wrap it, it makes if vent all that hot steam fresh out of the oven, Not like a pizza in a pizza box.
Soggy lump of cheese n sauce..

I cant remember if I've ever gotta any toppings??
I dont think needs anything but for me maybe some fresh grated parm & little salt.
