A message from our Owner and Cheese Monger Crosby •

Dear beloved guests, friends, family & everyone who worked their butts off for us:

On behalf of the En Croûte Family, I would like to thank you for the tremendous support you have given us these past five years. Our voyage as your local bistro, bar and fromagerie must come to an end. It’s not without heavy hearts that we close our doors, but it’s also been a pleasure to serve you all and we’ve made so many friends along the way.

Little did we know the headwinds we would encounter. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken many forms, impacting the health of our loved ones and strangers alike, as well as causing economic difficulties for small businesses and individuals around the world. We wish everyone good health, prosperity and remember, you’ve always got a friend in cheeses 🧀

I will leave you with this: When you let something go, you make room for something new to grow 💕
