🍧 That’s a wrap on another great season at Lo-Rae’s Hawaiian Ice! 🍧

Our OPEN flag has officially come down for the season, but our hearts are full! 💜 We cannot thank our amazing customers enough for supporting us, stopping by for your favorite flavors, and making this season so special.

A huge THANK YOU also goes to our wonderful employees. Your hard work, dedication, and smiling faces helped make another successful season possible—we truly couldn’t have done it without you!

🍧☀️ LAST CALL FOR SUMMER TREATS! ☀️🍧

Our shaved ice crew is packing its bags, the flamingos are shopping for sweaters, and pumpkin spice is knocking at the door! 🦩🧣🎃

LoRaes is closing for the season this weekend—our final day is Sunday, September 13! 🗓️

Come finish summer with your favorite flavors while supplies last! Once they’re gone, they’re gone… and giving the menu puppy-dog eyes won’t bring them back! 😂🍧

Thank you for another wonderful season! Stop by for one last sweet taste of summer before we trade brain freezes for cold breezes! 💜❄️

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be unable to open today, Sunday, September 6. We’ll be back Tuesday, September 8, with our normal hours.

Thank you for your understanding! 💜

Good afternoon, all you fabulous shaved-ice enthusiasts! 🍧

Unfortunately, it’s time for the post nobody wants to read… not even us. 😭

Our official last day of the 2026 season will be Sunday, September 13!

They say all good things must come to an end—and apparently that includes rainbow-colored tongues, brain freezes, and convincing yourself that extra syrup is a food group.

Mother Nature is giving us one last little glimpse of summer this week, so come see us and stock up on your favorite flavors before pumpkin spice takes over the world, the temperatures drop, and the leaves start falling! 🍂🎃

⚠️ Once we run out of a product, that’s it for the season—so don’t wait until the last minute!

Thank you all for another amazing season. We truly appreciate every person who stopped by and supported us!

Come get your final shaved-ice fix before our little shaved-ice buddy puts on his winter coat and heads into hibernation! 😂❄️

Last day: Sunday, September 13, 2026!

08/17/2026

To piggyback off yesterday’s post, our end-of-season hours officially begin today, August 17, 2026.

🕓 Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
🕑 Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM

There’s still plenty of summer left, so come cool off with your favorite shaved ice before the season melts away! 🍧

Thank you for another great season and for supporting us all summer long!

End of Season (But Not Yet!)

Attention all our amazing customers!

It’s been said that all good things must come to an end. Much like taxes, laundry, and realizing your vacation is over, it’s unavoidable.

As our season starts winding down, we’ll begin stocking fewer of some of our less popular flavors to help manage inventory before that dreaded day arrives when we close the windows, turn off the shavers, and surrender to fall. You know… bonfires, football, leaves changing colors, and those pumpkin spice people who somehow appear out of nowhere every year.

Don’t worry though—our most popular flavors like blue raspberry, tiger blood, and cotton candy will be here right up until the very end.

But don’t put on your flannel and start carving pumpkins just yet!

The Purple Shack still has a few good weeks left, and we’re serving up all the icy goodness you’ve come to love. If you have a favorite flavor, now is the time to stop by and enjoy it while supplies last.

We’ll be sure to announce our final day of the season when the time comes.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for another incredible season. Your support, smiles, and flavor combinations that probably shouldn’t work (but somehow do) are what make this place special.

See you at the Shack! 💜🍧
