Good afternoon, all you fabulous shaved-ice enthusiasts! 🍧

Unfortunately, it’s time for the post nobody wants to read… not even us. 😭

Our official last day of the 2026 season will be Sunday, September 13!

They say all good things must come to an end—and apparently that includes rainbow-colored tongues, brain freezes, and convincing yourself that extra syrup is a food group.

Mother Nature is giving us one last little glimpse of summer this week, so come see us and stock up on your favorite flavors before pumpkin spice takes over the world, the temperatures drop, and the leaves start falling! 🍂🎃

⚠️ Once we run out of a product, that’s it for the season—so don’t wait until the last minute!

Thank you all for another amazing season. We truly appreciate every person who stopped by and supported us!

Come get your final shaved-ice fix before our little shaved-ice buddy puts on his winter coat and heads into hibernation! 😂❄️

To piggyback off yesterday’s post, our end-of-season hours officially begin today, August 17, 2026.

🕓 Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
🕑 Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM

There’s still plenty of summer left, so come cool off with your favorite shaved ice before the season melts away! 🍧

End of Season (But Not Yet!)

Attention all our amazing customers!

It’s been said that all good things must come to an end. Much like taxes, laundry, and realizing your vacation is over, it’s unavoidable.

As our season starts winding down, we’ll begin stocking fewer of some of our less popular flavors to help manage inventory before that dreaded day arrives when we close the windows, turn off the shavers, and surrender to fall. You know… bonfires, football, leaves changing colors, and those pumpkin spice people who somehow appear out of nowhere every year.

Don’t worry though—our most popular flavors like blue raspberry, tiger blood, and cotton candy will be here right up until the very end.

But don’t put on your flannel and start carving pumpkins just yet!

The Purple Shack still has a few good weeks left, and we’re serving up all the icy goodness you’ve come to love. If you have a favorite flavor, now is the time to stop by and enjoy it while supplies last.

We’ll be sure to announce our final day of the season when the time comes.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for another incredible season. Your support, smiles, and flavor combinations that probably shouldn’t work (but somehow do) are what make this place special.

Seems we’re living our own version of Groundhog Day. Just when we thought we might make it through a day without rain, Mother Nature said, “Not so fast!”

Due to the weather, we’ll be closing early today (8/12/26).

Stay safe, stay dry, and if anyone finds the off switch for this rain, please let us know! ☔😂
