Introducing another new special for our “non-meat” eating customers and for those who just love their veggies. Melissa whipped up a Summer Garden Vegetable Wrap with Eggplant, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Havarti Cheese and pesto on a grilled 12 inch wrap. Come on in and let us know what you think.

In the first of what we hope will be many menu specials, and eventually, adds to our permanent menu, I introduce our Smoked Salmon on Everything Bagel. This is made with cream cheese, capers, tomato, dill and red onion. Stop on by and give it a try.

In honor of our brave men and women who put their lives on the line for us every day, I am proud to announce our "thank you for your service" discount. Effective immediately, when you come in wearing your uniform, or you flash your credentials when you are in civies, you will get 10% off of your order. Enjoy!

A New Chapter for T&B Provisions

We are excited and honored to introduce ourselves as the new owners of T&B Provisions!

We’re Pat and Melissa Chieffalo, and we’re thrilled to become part of the Niantic community. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew T&B was something special. The previous owners built a wonderful business with a loyal following, and we want to thank them for the care, passion, and hard work they invested over the years.

Our goal is simple: to build upon the strong foundation they created while thoughtfully introducing new ideas and offerings that make T&B even better. You’ll continue to find the quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service that have made T&B a local favorite, while we gradually introducing new menu items, seasonal specials, and exciting enhancements along the way. Keep an eye out for expanded operating hours in the coming months, giving you even more opportunities to stop in and enjoy everything T&B has to offer.

As a family-owned business, we believe in treating every customer like a neighbor and every visit like an opportunity to earn your trust. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, breakfast with friends, lunch with coworkers, or one of our fresh baked treats, we hope T&B becomes a place you look forward to visiting again and again.

We can’t wait to meet each of you, hear your stories, and become an active part of this wonderful community. Thank you for welcoming us—we’re excited for what the future holds!

We look forward to serving you soon.
