🚨 FBI Seeks Victims & Witnesses in Daniel Monarchi Investigation

The FBI’s New York Division Hudson Valley Resident Agency is seeking to identify victims of child sexual exploitation, production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and related offenses involving Daniel Monarchi, 26, of Red Hook, NY.

Monarchi was arrested in August 2025 and charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York under Title 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) & (e).

The FBI believes Monarchi targeted teenage girls on online chat platforms (i.e. ChatIB), then moved conversations to Discord and Snapchat. He allegedly coerced minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct, including producing and distributing CSAM. Monarchi is believed to have engaged in this criminal behavior prior to September 2024 until his arrest August 2025.

Monarchi was also employed as a middle school special education and social studies teacher in Dutchess County, NY.

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying victims or witnesses. He may have used the following accounts:

Discord: mrteacherman; absolute_monarchi; mrteacherman_71949; danthemanwithaplan6615
