🚨 GRANOLA ALERT! 🚨

Hey friends, Angelo here from Sal e Pepe Bistro in Newtown! I gotta share a little story with you…

Last year, for my 60th birthday, my sons took me to Eleven Madison Park—yeah, the three-Michelin-star restaurant. The meal? Unreal. But the thing that blew my mind? Their granola. 🤯

As we left, they gifted us a jar of their house-made granola. Nice touch, right? But then I tasted it. GAME. CHANGER. We’re talking rolled oats, pistachios, dried cherries, pumpkin seeds, Vermont maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil… pure perfection.

I devoured mine. Then… Renia’s. Matt’s. Ben’s. (They weren’t thrilled. 😂) But I couldn’t stop! So I tracked down the recipe, made it myself, and guess what? It’s just as amazing.

Now, I’m bringing it to Sal e Pepe. Fresh, homemade, ridiculously good. Come grab a jar—you won’t want to share either! 😉
