You already know the Kim's Pie: Balsamic BBQ chicken, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, chives and mozzarella on our signature thin crust.

But do you know Kim? This is the woman behind the pie. And she just recently brought the whole family by the Princeton location to enjoy her very own creation.

The namesake of one of our most-loved pies, back at the table with the people she loves most. That's about as good as it gets.
