That's Elliot Giacourt, one of the Employees of the Month at Jules Newtown we highlighted last week. Barely tall enough to see over the counter!

We've been making pizza since 2005 which means we've been around long enough to watch a whole lot of kids grow up in our dining rooms. Some of them still come in every week. And some of them, like Elliot, ended up on the other side of the counter.

Our gluten-free options have never been an afterthought for us. It's a real crust made with the same care as everything else on the menu. We firmly believe everybody at the table deserves a great slice.
