The Gravesend (pronounced Graves-end) is our tribute to one of Brooklyn’s most iconic neighborhoods—a place where incredible Italian sandwiches, quality ingredients, and old-school craftsmanship have been a way of life for generations.

Out of respect for that tradition, we built this sandwich with imported mortadella, imported sopressata, Parma prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, Italian sun-dried peppers, extra-virgin olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on a crusty seeded roll.

If you’ve ever stood in line at a legendary New York deli, this one’s for you. 🇮🇹🥖❤️

What makes our roast pork different? It starts long before it hits the roll.
Michael (our owner), is a lifelong butcher who hand-selects and prepares every pork roast before it’s seasoned and slow roasted in-house. The gravy is made from scratch using the flavorful drippings from the roast, creating the rich, authentic taste you can’t fake. Top it with sharp provolone, sautéed broccoli rabe, and a fried long hot on a fresh seeded Italian roll, and you’ve got a sandwich made the old-fashioned way—because that’s the only way we know.
This isn’t just another roast pork sandwich—it’s a tradition.
