We'll also have some of our lasagnas available fresh this week (the lasagnas are vegan). We use organic brown rice lasagna noodles from Jovial, they come out perfect, and the tofu we use is fresh and local from Chang Shing in Stoughton, MA.

Lots of fresh baked goods today! Pumpkin loaves with chocolate chips, chocolate-chip cookies, and three varieties of our GG challah: Hamotzi (oat based), an egg-free vegan variety, and our regular variety.

Our artisanal caraway seeded Wry'Rye' bread back in stock! Came out perfect. Now made with fresh milled organic buckwheat flour too. Will have a few available fresh today till 3pm, but most will be sliced and frozen -- they toast perfectly from the freezer.

Fresh baked hand-scooped hand-pressed* chocolate chip cookies avaible today! Also fresh quinoa stuffed peppers (can eat the cookie first 😉).

The "hand-pressed..." part is true but meant to amuse (I have not drunk the marketing slop koolaid, though I could also imagine AI writing that).

In all seriousness now, why are they called "cookies"? Wouldn't "bakies" be more appropriate? I'm sure an Internet search would answer this question faster than it to took me to write this, but I'll let my imagination have some exercise before looking it up... and you could share your theories with me?

Clearance! A rare sale as we need to make space for new items in our freezer. Offering a big discount on some holiday items and some slightly short-dated (July) items (the zhoug, Shakalatke kits, and even some Wry'Rye' breads!)

Latest test round of the GF focaccia style pan bread had a clear winner (top left). Science! Look forward to doing a large batch next week to offer it for sale! Will sample it in store too, everybody who has tried it has loved it. Very satisfying to have a large loaded sandwich on real bread (thanks to fresh-milled organic flour and long slow process).
