Rest in peace to an amazing human being, Shirley Raines.

Shirley is the founder of - a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles. She also organized provided services for the homeless in Las Vegas.

The outdoor beauty salon, which has run since 2015, provides food, clothing, and hair and make-up services to thousands of homeless people in the Skid Row district.

She has also provided r**e whistles, tents, sleeping bags, hygiene items and teamed up with local health officials to offer a range of essential services.

Shirley first ran the pop up parlour with a small group of family and friends in the area - admitting that she “never wanted to leave.

She is responsible for supplying packed lunches to the homeless and - in tandem with the health department - providing masks, sanitizer, and other personal protection items.

Please send a prayer up for the family and friends of Shirley. 🕊️
