We've got two items on the BBQ Plates at Mochiko Brighton that cost extra. Our signature braised brisket (+$6) & BBQ short ribs (+$12). Mochiko Hawaiian, the beloved Newtonville restaurant known for its Hawaiian-style fried chicken, creative sandwiches, bubble tea, and laid-back retro hospitality, is opening its second location at 133 Guest Street in Boston Landing.

After building a loyal following at its original Newtonville location, Mochiko is expanding to bring its unique blend of Hawaiian comfort food and modern fast-casual dining to one of Greater Boston's fastest-growing neighborhoods. Focused on old-school hospitality paired with a fast-casual, counter service and made to order high-quality eats.

Guests can expect the menu favorites that have made Mochiko a destination for food lovers throughout Massachusetts, including crispy Hawaiian fried chicken, Spam Musubi, Moco Loco lunch plates, refreshing bubble teas, and specialty drinks wrapped in funky retro vibes.

"We've always wanted Mochiko to be more than just a place to grab food," said [Sean Ross, Co-Owner], founder of Mochiko Hawaiian. "It's about bringing people together over great food, good music, and positive energy. Boston Landing felt like the perfect place to continue that mission and launch a sassy big sister restaurant."

The new location will feature the same scratch-made approach and welcoming atmosphere that helped establish the Newtonville restaurant as a local favorite. Situated in the heart of Boston Landing's vibrant dining and entertainment district, the restaurant is designed to serve everyone from local residents and office workers to students, commuters, and sports fans.
