Spain’s stopping by the neighborhood on May 5th 🇪🇸✨

We’re keeping it casual—Spanish wine dinner, tapas-style, the kind of night built for sharing plates, pouring another glass, and sticking around longer than you planned. Swing by at 4PM for a cocktail hour, then we’ll sit down for dinner at 5:15.

We’ll start you off with Calimocho—red wine + cola, Basque Country style. It’s the kind of thing you’d drink at a packed plaza or a late-night bar in Spain: simple, a little odd, and way better than it sounds.

Also behind the bar:
🍊 Agua de Valencia — orange juice, Poema Cava, vodka, gin, and El Bandarra aperitif
☕ Carajillo — Spanish coffee cocktail, smooth with a little kick

Dinner rolls out over 5 courses and 12 dishes, guided by Chef Aaron and Brett Knight—no stiff presentation, just good food and a bit of context as you go.

It’s a neighborhood night with a Spanish excuse—come hungry, bring a friend, and don’t overthink it 🤍

A little taste of Spain, right here in the neighborhood 🇪🇸✨

Join us May 5th for a Spanish wine dinner, tapas-style. We’ll start at 4PM with a cocktail hour, then gather for dinner at 5:15—an evening built for sharing, tasting, and settling in.

We’ll welcome you with Calimocho — a true Spanish classic. Born in the Basque Country, it’s simply red wine mixed with cola. Sounds unexpected, but it’s a beloved staple at festivals and casual nights out across Spain—lightly sweet, refreshing, and meant to be enjoyed without overthinking it.

We’ll also be featuring:
🍊 Agua de Valencia — fresh orange juice, Poema Cava, vodka, gin, and a splash of El Bandarra aperitif
☕ Carajillo — a bold Spanish coffee cocktail with just the right touch of sweetness
