Our Cooper Sharp cheese is not equal to other places. While other restaurants choose to cut corners by using pre-shredded cheeses, we cut the cheeses fresh off the block.

Pre-shredded cheeses have anti-caking agents added to them at the factory. It causes the cheese to dry and gives it a filmy texture. This is evident in the textures of foods served. WE DO NOT USE PRE-SHREDDED CHEESE. That is a low quality move.
