Great menu this weekend! Another batch of bison short ribs. Ling cod with a oregon limequat salsa or beer battered fried (GF!), beef cheesesteak, pork bratwurst. Plus smoked duck breast and crab cake starter. Still have fried cheese curds (GF!) on the menu. Fun salad with bok choy, sesame vinaigrette, radish, carrot pickeled onion, and sunflower seed. Yellowtail dumplings, crab cake, smoked duck breast, cold smoked salmon, bacala for starters; rockfish cake, crab cake, beef bavette (switching to beef stroganoff on Saturday), and bratwurst spiced meatballs for main courses. Baked Camembert with ginger blueberry mostarda for the cheese course, and chocolate cremeux with house marshmallow fluff, graham crackers for dessert.
