Booking information:

*There is a $500 minimum when booking a private event in which the location is paying for all meals. That fee will go towards $500 worth of food ordered and the remaining balance is due at the end of the event.

*For private events that are more than a 30 mile drive from Bogue, NC there will be a $5 gas fee for every 10 miles that are more than 30 miles from Bogue (including the first 30 miles) All private events within 30 miles from Bogue there is no fee. Example: 100 miles = $50 gas fee.

* Deposits will not be refunded if the event is canceled with less than 48 hr notice. The gas fee will be refunded. Deposits can be used for future events.
