Opened in 1989, Champagnes Bistro and Deli has been a family owned and operated restaurant that has been serving great, fresh food to our neighbors and guests for over 27 years! Serving a delicious breakfast and lunch in a casual setting and featuring a brand new dinner menu with full waiter service every evening (after 4:30 PM).

What you’ll be seeing come to life in Huntington Beach this week isn’t just another restaurant opening. It’s a family betting on themselves, chasing dreams and creating something meaningful for the community. Long days, late nights, countless sacrifices… all because she understands that great food brings people together.
