Now you might think I’m a little crazy to launch a sweets company right before lent, but for those of us with many dietary restrictions, avoiding or giving up certain food groups entirely is part of our daily life. So many of you have asked for me to bake for you or for my recipe, so I’m so excited to bring this to you now!
