Don’t give up on life, don’t give up on love, and don’t give up on YOU! There is so much out there in the world that you haven’t experienced yet. Life is hard, but it’s those hard times that make you stronger. Learn from your struggles. For without them you wouldn’t be the person you are today! I gave up on myself once, but with my faith and god’s hands I am still here today to be a voice for all those that struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and all other mental health issues. You are not alone. Reach out to someone if you need help. It’s not easy, but it is definitely worth it! Take a deep breath and count your blessings. And if you see someone struggling, be a comfort to them. All they might need is someone to listen and support them. Today I am walking for me, my family, and friends, their families, and everyone who is going through a difficult time dealing with any type of mental health struggles. Thank you all for your support, whether it be a donation, walking beside me, or in positive thoughts and prayers. I am humbled to be a beacon of hope for someone else who may be struggling. Live the life you want to live!! Thank you again and have a blessed day. 💟
