Did you know that one of our most popular dishes is the BB1 (Bún Bò Huế)?

Bún Bò Huế is a hot and spicy beef soup containing the key ingredient, lemongrass. Lemongrass is used to enrich the flavor while also giving it a nice aroma. Instead of the usual rice noodles, Bún Bò Huế uses the thick rice vermicelli noodles. In addition to the Phở garnishes (bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeño), it also comes with shredded cabbage and banana blossom!
